We want to make it simple and convenient to all and we are here to help in all scenarios.

Products are eligible for return if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. The same needs to be conveyed to us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Kindly shoot a video of the product while opening the packet after you receive it from the courier guy and and share it with us at sales@theshopcircuit.com with your order number in the subject line and we will arrange for pick-up of the product to be returned. We will ensure a brand new replacement is delivered to you at no additional cost. Refund will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the product back in our warehouse. 

We have also covered scenario where you are not happy with the product quality and wish to return. The product must be sent back to us in a safe condition within 7 days from the date of delivery. Responsibility of any breakage or any other damage during transit under this scenario will be customer's responsibility.

We have categorized a list of products under Express Delivery category which we promise to deliver within 4-5 days.

Our International products are shipped from Overseas and delivered to our customers at no additional cost, since the listed price includes custom duties.

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at sales@theshopcircuit.com with your order number mentioned in the subject line and we will initiate the refund within 24hrs of your cancellation request. 

Cancellation of products are not allowed after 24 hours of placing the order as this involves international shipment.

Usually, International products get delivered in 2-3 weeks from the date of order placement. However, In case of special customs clearance requirements, the delivery may take longer than original delivery estimates. We request you to kindly get in touch with our Customer Service team through email to get new delivery timelines.
